Video Submission Guideline for the speakers from overseas (Free Paper Oral and Poster presentation)

Dear speakers from overseas for Free Paper Oral and Poster presentation.

It is our pleasure to have you participate in the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology.
As in the Call for Abstract, submission of presentation video in advance is required for all the presenters regardless of whether you will present on site.
Please read the information regarding the submission of your presentation video.
The submission deadline is Wednesday, April 20, 2022.

We expect to hold all sessions on-site at the Tokyo International Forum. Your video will be played in your session If you are unable to deliver your presentation on site. Moreover, we would like to broadcast the video on an on-demand basis online after the Annual Meeting. Your permission would be highly appreciated.

We apologize for any inconvenience that video recording may cause and are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

Regarding Video Submission

  • Subject: all Free Paper Oral and Poster speakers
  • Video format: MP4 format
  • Video recording software: PowerPoint or Keynote

Video Creation Guidelines

Length of the video:
[Oral & Ape-01 session] 10 minutes
[Poster session] 2 minutes

  • [MANDATORY TO EVERYONE] Please place your Conflicts-of-Interest (COI) Disclosure on the 2nd page of your slide.
  • For more information on video creation, please check the How to create a presentation video page.

Regarding Permission to Distribute

The video submitted will be used for the following purposes:
①To be played in your session on-site if you are unable to deliver your presentation on site.
②To be distributed on demand after the Annual Meeting.

On the video uploading site, there is a confirmation of consent. By clicking on the "I Agree" button, you are deemed to agree upon your video dissemination.
Should you decide not to have your video broadcasted on-demand after the Annual Meeting, you can check the option later on.
