The organizing committee of the 62nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology has decided to cancel on-site oral/poster presentations from overseas, considering current situation of COVID-19 infection.
Instead of your presentation onsite, we would like to ask you to give a presentation in a virtual format.
The detailed information regarding the virtual presentations will be sent to you by the online cast secretariat of Neuro2021 <webinfo_neuro2021@c-linkage.co.jp> at the end of February or the beginning of March.

All accepted abstracts from overseas will be published in the proceedings of the conference if you complete pre-registration for online meeting by March 17, and submit Power Point video presentation by the deadline. (Instruction for submitting Power Point video presentation will be announced shortly.)

In addition, we regret to inform you that we have also decided to cancel the travel grant provision for those who applied from overseas.

To speakers from overseas who would like to publish your abstract in the proceedings of the meeting

We would like to ask you to finish your pre-registration and payment by noon (in Japan standard time) on March 17, 2021.
Please note that your abstract won’t be published if your registration and payment are not finished by the deadline above.

As for speakers who would like to withdraw your abstract (would not like your abstract to be published), please kindly let us know by sending an email to jsn-abs@gol.com as soon as possible.
