Participant Guidelines

For all participants

The 65th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology and the 19th Asian Oceanian Congress of Neurology （AOCN2024） employs the same registration system for pre-registration and same-day registration. Payments can be made by credit card.
Please register to participate through online registration on the meeting website in advance.
Please print out your QR-code image embedded “Registration Confirmation” from the online registration page beforehand.

For invited speakers from overseas

Secretariat will inform you individually the way to participate the meeting.

For online participants

1. Live and On-demand Streaming Site

You can access the live and on-demand streaming site using the ID and Password stated in the registration notification email.

Plenaries and Symposia in English will be available for live-streaming throughout the 65th JSN meeting / AOCN2024..

On-Demand streaming
Some sessions will be available for on-demand streaming after the congress.

2. Receipt and Certificate of Participation

After registration, you can download receipt from your "My Page".
Please download it by the end of June.
Certificate of Participation will be issued about two (2) weeks after the Congress.

3. How to submit a question.

You can post questions in the comments section while the session is live-streamed.
Please note that not all the questions can be covered due to time constraints.
