Disclosures of conflicts of interest

When submitting proposals, please select "yes" or "no" in the field for "Do you have any conflicts of interest?" on the screen. If "yes," then please download and fill out the COI application form and send it to The Japanese Society of Neurology Secretariat office (jsn-office@gol.com) as an e-mail attachment as soon as possible.
