57th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology
Department of Neurology, Institute of Biomedical Sciences
Tokushima University Graduate School

We are planning to hold the 57th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology in Kobe from May 18th (Wednesday) to 21st (Saturday), 2016. This meeting is ever growing, and now its attendance from both Japan and abroad is approaching 7000 people, the third largest neurology meeting in the world.
The theme for this meeting is 'Toward Treatable Neurology,' and we plan a number of educational as well as scientific sessions where participants can learn about basic components through to the state-of-the-art advances in clinical neurology.

Hands-on workshops for international participants are planned on disease-oriented EMG and EEG, along with movement disorders video presentations, botulinum toxin therapy, intravascular therapy for acute stroke, neuroimaging and many others. Basic sessions will also be scheduled on topics such as 'How to write a good English paper' or 'How to write a successful grant application.'

We will provide travel grants for young neurologists from abroad, which can be awarded for after presentation of an abstract.

I would like to cordially invite you to this meeting, and experience the newest developments as well as review the very basics of neurology.
